Please upgrade the interface. Add text messages when hovering over the icons, regroup the functions in the interface.

A lot of functions is nice, but it becomes more and more important to keep the interface clean with as few icons as possible.

All menu items and buttons show a hint in the statusbar. And we already grouped many menu items in wizard dialogs. Just play around with it for a while, and you'll find your way.
