Problem : I have downloaded the proram trwice, but it downloads Ver 3.0.8 not ^.1 - Where am I going wrong ?

You installed several programs: CodedColor PhotoStudio 6.1 AND CodedColor Publisher 3.0.8. Look in the Program group and start with CodedColor PhotoStudio. The other is a print layouter for postcards, photobooks and likewise.
